Hi. I am Matt Hollingsworth, owner, photographer, servant of Cool Water Imaging ... and a swimmer. I started swimming competitively when I was 9, went on to swim in college (Southern Illinois University - extra points if you can name the mascot) and still swim on a masters team in the Dallas area as often as I can.
I recently discovered my passion for photography and completely switched careers and rearranged my life to pursue my vision of serving people through beautiful images. I have a separate wedding and portrait section of my business (you can check it out at RealLifeBeauty.com) but here specialize in sports photography, with an emphasis on swimming.

I personally believe that swimming is the most beautiful visual sport, and love how it combines so many elements of strength, endurance, aerobic, anaerobic and mental conditioning. I love to swim, and love to explore the visual nature of swimming in new and creative ways while providing an amazing, service-based experience to my clients.
